About us

Two teammates, one problem worth solving.

Founded by Alec Vattula & Nathan Katari

As former soccer teammates, we learned to balance our lives between soccer, school, time, and money. Along the way, we realized high school teaches a lot — but not how to spend strategically, build savings, invest, or work toward financial freedom.

Our story

Why we started this.

We are trying to educate our community on financial literacy. High school teaches students a plethora of things — but it doesn't train them to spend strategically, build savings, invest, or work toward financial freedom.

We can't guarantee financial freedom. But we can give young adults a real structure to branch off of as they step into the real world, through free, accessible resources built for our community — not a textbook, and not a sales pitch.

Our mission
Our mission is to equip the next generation with the knowledge, confidence, and practical skills to make informed financial decisions — through accessible education and community outreach that helps people navigate money with purpose, build lasting habits, and create opportunities for their future.
In their own words

The questions that shaped this society.

Before we wrote a single lesson plan, we sat down and answered the questions we'd want any organization to be able to answer honestly.

Who are we trying to help?
Kids around middle and high school age, as well as younger adults, learning how to handle money and the basics of economics — to increase financial literacy throughout the community.
What problem are we solving?
A lack of education and confidence when dealing with money and the real-world issues that come with it.
What should someone gain from one of our events?
We want people to leave with confidence and newly acquired knowledge about the basics of money and investing — and the ability to understand what's going on when they handle their own funds.
How do we teach it?
Every meeting is built around one question that sparks curiosity — not a list of facts to memorize. The financial concepts become the tools to answer it.
